2014
- BW Holding S.A.L in partnership with Batco Holding s.a.l, a leading engineering and contracting company, established Robinsons S.A.L which is a combination of 2 main elements of Robinson Group S.A.R.L: horticulture and landscape
2012
- BW Holding S.A.L sold Snacks S.A.L, after 4 years of beneficial operation,
to one of the main gas station chains in Lebanon, Medco
2008
- BW Holding S.A.L established a new member company; Snacks S.A.L
2007
- BW Holding S.A.L established a new member company; 3line S.A.R.LBW Holding S.A.L established a new member company; Mastita Properties S.A.L
2006
